We offer surgical guides that can be used without a guided surgery kit. This allows you to use them for any implant system.

Total Cost= $350

 

For local doctors, all you have to do is:

  1. Fill out an online referral form (here). We’ll call you to go over the case before any images are taken.
  2. Then send your patient to our clinic for a the implant work-up. We’ll take the CBCT, and an intraoral scan.
  3. We’ll will plan the case for you and and we can look at the case together before making and delivering your finished surgical guide.

For doctors in other locations, please send us 3 things:

  • The DICOM file for your patient
  • The study models for both arches
  • A bite registration
